Improvers Groups
We have two Improvers Groups weekly, for anyone who can run around 20 mins already.
Our runs are £5 per session, and are 45 mins long. We offer a mix of interval and hill sessions to improve your endurance and speed. There is a range of abilities and no set pace – everyone is able to work at their own speed and nobody will be left behind. Sessions are female only and we welcome anyone who identifies as female.
Sessions are booked through the RunTogether website.
Beginners
We run an 8 week 0 – 5k run course several times per year. Our current beginners course is running, and still open to join.


FAQs
Can I try out a session?
All of our Improvers sessions are a single sign up, so you can sign up for one session and see if you like it and it suits you.
Is there a membership fee?
There is no membership fee, simply sign up for the sessions that you would like to attend.
I’m worried I might be too slow, can I join?
Yes, as long as you can run for around 20 minutes you are welcome to join our Improvers session. All paces are catered for during our sessions.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Unless there is thunder and lightning, or ice on the ground, and it is unsafe to run, the session will go ahead. We will not cancel for rain.
