Ella and Inga are both qualified running coaches, having completed the England Athletics Coach in Running Fitness Qualification. As well as leading the weekly running group sessions, Finsbury Flyers can offer a wider range of services to support your running.
We can offer:
- In person 1:1 coaching in Finsbury Park
- Tailored running plans for your next running goal or race, such an 8 week plan for a 10k, or a 16 week plan for a marathon
- A one-off coaching session to ask about your running and seek advice
